Looking for Roommate!!

Hello -

My roommate Jason and I are looking for someone to take the place of our third roommate who is leaving to move closer into the city this coming fall.

Jason is a 27 year old first year student at law school and therefore is not around much during the day. On the other hand, I work from home as a mechanical engineer and am home all the time. Also I'm 31 years old. In general we're both easy going, hardworking guys that love to have fun and throw the occasional party

Neither Jason nor I are clean freaks by any stretch, but we appreciate a organized and clean living area and our place reflects this fact. September will mark the end of 2 years of living in this house. For the price (The rent in the description is still the original price for which we rented 2 years ago) the place is spacious and nice. The house is a duplex and we have the entire first floor. The living areas are open with plenty of windows allowing lots of natural light, the kitchen is relatively large with fairly new appliances, and we even have a porch and a partially enclosed backyard we share with our neighbors upstairs. The room that is being vacated is right in across from the front door, but is slightly isolated from the rest of the floor by the foir door, offering additional privacy. Additionally we have two bathrooms and a few shared closets in the living areas (there are small closets in the individual rooms as well).
