Looking for environmentally conscious female roommate to share 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage near Rose Creek in Pacific Beach.

Gas, electricity, water, trash, internet included. This house has solar energy, a rain barrel, and I hope to purchase a washing machine soon.

I am in my early 60s and work from home in the technology industry. I am a published novelist, community activist, and Estonian language learner. I am quiet but on occasion I do have friends who visit and will be sleeping on a futon in the living room. I am a vegetarian and would prefer the same or a vegan roommate, but am open to carnivores if we can agree on ground rules in terms of kitchen equipment usage.

I love to ride my bike, swim, practice yoga, and be active. I am seeking a roommate who believes in living lightly on the planet, is considerate, and is active. I believe we can share the responsibility of keeping common areas clean.

This house has a small backyard with fruit trees and a front yard where we can grow veggies. The back has a covered patio and the front has a smaller covered patio.
