You would have the master bedroom and bathroom to yourself along with being at the back of the house. I am about 10 minutes to 99 or 45 so very easy to get to and access major highways. My house is right across the street from a pond with makes my house a perfect place to find peace and quiet.

I am a late-70s/retired/professional woman who enjoys gardening, reading, light cooking. I value a peaceful, clean home and am looking for someone who appreciates the same. I have a dog named Annie who is very friendly and two small birds.

Seeking a responsible, kind, and tidy female roommate who is a non-smoker. This arrangement is perfect for a fellow retiree or a quiet professional looking for a secure and friendly environment. I am fine with other small dogs as well (up to 60 lbs is fine)

Monthly Rent: $750 (includes Wi-Fi, and laundry), would look to split water/electricity/gas at 50/50 or set a flat amount (Negotiable)
