Hello, my name is Jasmine. I’m 29 years old and I am looking for one other female roommate to split an apartment with that I found in San Gabriel.

To tell you a bit about myself, in my free time, I like going out to get boba and watching anime. I am mostly an introvert and sometimes keep to myself but am open to hanging out. Some of my other hobbies include writing poetry and singing. I work a 9-5 in DTLA so I am mostly home during the evenings and weekends. I don’t anticipate bringing people over or having overnight guests often. I clean regularly on weekends and am able to respect quiet hours when people are sleeping.

I am just looking for a roommate that I can get along and communicate with. I am open to being friends but I don’t want to force it if there is no connection. If you are interested in rooming with me, I would like to arrange for you to see the place first to see if you like it, and then I would love to further talk to see if we would be compatible as roommates. I would like to be open with communication so there are no surprises.

To tell you about the place I found, it's a two bed, two bath, and two parking spaces in a gated property. There is a pool, jacuzzi, and laundry room on-site. There is also air conditioning, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and oven. There is neat food hall and a park within walking distance so it’s nice neighborhood to stroll around in. The price is $2,400 inclusive of water and trash. I am looking to split this with one other person so each is paying $1,200. I can provide the fridge if needed. We can make arrangements to split gas, electricity, and wifi. The lease is for 12 months. The security deposit is the same price of rent. Pets are allowed.
