Furnished room for rent in a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath townhome. The residence is located in Henderson near Boulder Hwy and Sunset Rd. The rent is $750 per month with utilities included. Available on a monthly or weekly ($175) basis. $25 per day pro-rate. The room is for females.

The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk, dresser, and nightstand. It has a balcony with a view. Washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and covered parking. The townhome is in good condition with hardwood, granite, and tile. Cox internet with Panoramic Wi-Fi modem. Roku devices. It is within walking distance to the frequent BHX bus line and Sunset (212) bus line.

There is a $400 deposit, and it would require a rental agreement. It is available on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. If you are in between places or need a temporary place for transition that would be fine and I can accommodate you for short-term rentals. 2-3 months maximum.

I am male, 53 years old, employed outside the home working nights. I am clean and tidy and try to live a healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise. I don’t drink, but am 420 friendly, although this is not a party house. No hard drugs. No meth. No illegal activities. No couples. No dogs.
