Hi, my name is Matthew and I am currently looking for a room or shared apartment in the Fort Lauderdale, Davie, or Lauderhill area. I am currently a senior at Nova Southeastern University and will be graduating in May with a degree in education.

I work full time in nonprofit community engagement and volunteer coordination, so I keep a pretty structured and responsible schedule during the week. Between work and finishing my degree, I stay pretty busy and tend to keep a calm and quiet lifestyle.

I am very clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I value living in an environment where people communicate well, keep things tidy, and are considerate of each other. I am not someone who brings parties home and I prefer a comfortable and relaxed place to live.

I am financially responsible and always pay bills on time. I am looking for a stable living situation while I finish my degree and continue building my career after graduation.

In my free time I enjoy staying active, going to the gym, swimming, and spending time with friends. I have worked in aquatics and water safety instruction for several years, so that has been a big part of my life as well.
