I have a room for rent in my apartment in Queens. The apartment is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with roof access, small terrace, gym, billiards room and laundry room. As for the current roommates it is myself, my fiance and our roommate whos been with us nearly a year. They are both professionals as well and between us 3 we have 2 small dogs but both are very loving and gentle dogs so as long as you’re a dog person youll have a great time. As for our personalities we are very open and enjoy going out for dinners together or even having some roomie kbbq sessions every once in a while to bond and have a good time. We are looking for a roommate to replace one of ours moving out who is responsible, communicates any issues well and fun loving because we like our apartment abuzz with energy.
