We are looking for one awesome roommate to sign a 1-year lease, with a move-in date of September 1st. The rent is $2,042.

**About the Apartment:**
This charming walk-up from the 1800s features a virtual doorman, an excellent superintendent, exposed brick walls, an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and one bathroom. The apartment is a 3-minute walk to the B, D, F, M, 6, J, and Z trains, and a 5-minute walk to the R and W trains. It’s also a 5-minute walk to Soho, the Lower East Side, and Chinatown. Whole Foods is just one block away, and the neighborhood is filled with CVS, numerous great bars, and restaurants.

**Room Details:**
The available room is the largest in the apartment, measuring 7' x 11'. It can accommodate a queen or full-sized bed and has a small closet. See pictures for different style layouts. The room is unfurnished.

**About Us:**
We are a laid-back male and female living in the apartment. We work in fashion, love to cook, and enjoy having easy conversations.

**About You:**
If you like like to be centrally located, and are a respectful roommate who keeps common areas clean at all times, does not bring parties home, doesn’t smoke inside the apartment, and has great or excellent credit (or a guarantor), we would love to meet you. Sorry, but we cannot accept couples or live-in partners.

**Lease Details:**
The lease is for 1 year, starting on September 1st, 2025. The full rent is $6.125/month and is split equally of is $2,042, not including utilities and internet, which typically cost about $100 per person each month. A security deposit of $2,042 is required, and the building management charges a $150 fee to process your application and conduct a credit check.
