I am soon to be graduate international student at Fordham. I am looking for a sublet preferably starting in August. I will be busy during weekdays but I love going out on weekends for some drinks, exploring the city Hiking, museum or chilling with board games or Mario Kart (by being my roommate you get a copy you can use as much as you want!!!) .

I am usually very friendly with my roommates but very respectful of your space. I am both LGBTQ+ friendly and 420 friendly. I am also extremely pet friendly and actually if you have one that would be a plus.

I am looking for apartments mainly in uptown Manhattan especially Washington Heights Inwood and Harlem. I am also interested in the Bronx in places like Belmont and Norwood.
