Deeper Bushwick at Bed Stuy border, amazing townhouse with backyard and laundry
This is basically a house (there is only one other apartment in the building and it's the basement below me). Big open floor plan on the main floor with living and kitchen leading to the backyard. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 large, 1 medium and one smaller but fits a queen bed still. Posting pics soon but just moved in so it's taking a minute to get it decorated. Half bath on main floor and full bath upstairs.
Open to having 2 roommates at (1250 for medium room and 1150 for smaller room + utilites) OR having just one roommate at 1400 and we airbnb the 3rd room once in a while to make up the difference. Gorgeous place, tree lined block all residential and
