Hi all!
My roommate is moving out of our apartment, so I'm looking for someone to take over her room.
The unit is a 2bd 1ba, which you'd be sharing with me. There's an in-unit washer/dryer (huge benefit), updated kitchen appliances, dishwasher, a/c and heating in our own bedrooms. Your bedroom has a massive window and a huge closet; can fit a full sized bed, desk, and dresser. Your portion of the rent will be $2330 - utilities + wifi come out to be additional $70-80/month. Total will be ~$2400.
The building is considered to be luxury for the area - 24/7 doorman, two elevators, mail room, large gym, rooftop with grills and bar area, storage lockers for an additional fee. I've lived here for almost a year now and absolutely LOVE the area. Majority of tenants in the building are in their 20s. Fun location, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
