I'm looking for a roommate for an apartment in the city - I don't have a preference yet as I am still learning all of the boroughs. I'm originally from MA & NH. I'm looking for a March move-in with a budget of $2,000.

I'll be working a 9-5, in-person job. I'm a relaxed, clean, and considerate roommate. I enjoy social being social: happy hour/dinner 1-2x/week but appreciate downtime. I'd like to be friends with my roommate and want my apartment to feel like a home.

I do have 1 cat and she will definitely be living in our apartment rent-free! She never has accidents - never scratches furniture as long as I have a scratching post available to her. I use PrettyLitter that also has almost NO smell, you'll be shocked.
