Hi,

My name is Teri Gottlieb, I am a Native New Yorker. Among the ways I am described both
by my friends and colleagues is that I have a Big Heart.

Aside from my professional career in Health Care, I have been an AirB&B host with a
5 star rating. I've always wanted to own and operate a Bed and Breakfast, hasn't
happened, yet.

I do have a small rescue dog, Beauraguard "Beau" a maletese mix, no dander or shedding
because he has hair, not fur. Extremely sweet, loves people and other animals and,
seriously, rarely barks.

Included in the rent I am asking, I offer many amenities: Unlimited, Italian Coffee, Bottles of water (always a good thing to have), A very comfortable Queen Size Bed, All linens and towels,
and (the best) a cleaning person every two weeks who will change your sheets and towels
and wash/dry them.

Although I date, in general, no one stays over at my home. My apartment is nicely appointed and, of course, you would have the use of the entire apartment. Your room has a queen size good size closet, complete with shelves and drawers. There is a bike rack place discreetly placed in the room, a desk/chair and heated towel rack (if that appeals to you) There is a television with all cable stations and air conditioning.

I have a drug free apt, however, social drinking is fine (I am a social drinker, myself)

Our shared bathroom is a decent size with a window, and separate place for your toiletries, etc.
