Mc K C - $800/month

Hi! I’m currently living in Broad Ripple and I would prefer to stay close-ish since this is where I work! I’m a server at a bar and I typically work late. In my free time I DJ, play guitar, workout, hike, and (attempt to) cook at home lol. I’m pretty social and I get along with others really well, however I’d like to have our home be a peaceful stress-free space! So no parties preferably, although occasional guests are fine as long as they’re respectful of our space :)
I love animals but I am allergic to cats and some dog dander, so no pets in my bedroom, but common spaces could be fine as long as your pet is well-behaved and taken care of! I’m 420-friendly but not really looking for a roommate that hot boxes lol, aside from that I’d like our home to be a drug-free zone. I’d like a roommate that can communicate well and is receptive and respectful of boundaries (which I definitely am!) I can be a social butterfly but I also looove my “me-time” at home too :)
