I am an independent professional currently working from home for a National Park. I appreciate a quiet, clean, calm aesthetic. I enjoy taking care of my plants, painting, caring for foster kittens and getting out into nature when I can. I'm in bed by 10 and up by 7am daily but I sleep with earplugs so not concerned if you are a night owl. I have a 3yr old Siamese cat who likes to lounge on the patio with me while I enjoy my morning coffee and watch the birds.
I prefer that we agree to no overnight guests for either of us to keep our shared space comfortable for both of us.
You can use all the appliances and streaming services but need to provide your own food.
You're welcome to bring your own furniture or use what's in the room and bathroom already.
Bonus points if you can teach me some Spanish!
