We live on a couple acres in a split level midcentury modern home up on a hill. It’s a peaceful and tranquil property with a large screened in porch. Parking is great. The room is 11.5 x 10 with a great window overlooking the greenery of the property and large closet. Queen bed fits GREAT. You’d have your own bathroom downstairs. The third bedroom is a home gym which includes an elliptical and treadmill with a large TV which you are welcome to use. If you like to garden, you can use one of our raised beds.
About me:
Married, but husband lives and works in Los Angeles and only comes home maximum a few days every 2-3 months.
HR Professional.
Huge gardener. Love house plants too.
We have two dogs, and one is a pittie rescue.
I can be a home body but enjoy hanging with friends too.
I work from home full time.
I’m easy going, but particular.
What I’m 👀 for:
Professional female, preferably over 28 (mainly just looking for someone super responsible and not a partyer.
Definitely no smokers, vapors, heavy drinkers or any drug users. And DEFINITELY no drama.
Because we have a rescue pittie, I’d want someone to be friendly and familiar with them.
Someone who doesn’t work remote full time since I work remote.
Preferably not someone that works off hours.
We work hard on our home so I want to find someone that will treat it like it’s your own.
