Looking for a Roommate to join my home in beautiful Morrison!

I am in search of a clean, respectful, responsible roommate.

Price: $1120 + utilities (they run at the most $200 each and least about $120). Ideally looking for someone for a year lease, but that can be negotiated.

House: 2000 square foot, beautiful bi-level house in the Friendly Hills neighborhood of Morrison, Co. 1-2 spaces of street parking available, washer and dryer, huge back yard, patio, swing, a shed for extra storage, and currently there is a pool set up for the summer. Also an option for your own entrance through the backyard.

What’s for rent: 1000 sq ft, two bedrooms in the basement, with your own bathroom and 2nd living room area. The only main shared areas are the kitchen, laundry room, storage, and backyard. Extra storage is available in the basement storage area and the shed in the backyard. Partially furnished with the option to be furnished completely or unfurnished.

Me: i am a 34 year old female with two well behaved female dogs (Trinity 12, Carini 2.5yrs). I am a massage therapist and run my private practice out of upstairs during the day. With that being said, I need the upstairs to remain, quiet, respectful and most importantly clean since it my place of business. I am kind of a homebody, but i do love going out to concerts, and events as well. I do love to have a good time but, prefer to have quiet nights during the week. I am 420 friendly 💜✌🏽✨🌈

A couple must haves:
Be able to pass a background check
Have a job/ proof of income
Respectful
Tidy/ Clean in all shared spaces.
