One quiet and friendly graduate student (early 30s male) looking to fill a cozy bedroom in a two bedroom apartment that gets a lot of light and has high ceilings. The apartment is 3 blocks from the A,C Utica Avenue subway line (20 minutes to Manhattan) and B46, B25 buses. It's also 3 blocks from Saraghina and Nana Ramen, among other great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The area is super charming and tranquil, and it hosts a few good spots for night life. I am looking for someone who is considerate, busy, and I can share a drink with from time to time.

The room can fit a full or queen sized bed and few pieces of furniture. There is a storage space above and separate from the closet.

Your half of the rent is $900 per month plus utilities (which usually come out to $30-$60). Move in requires $1875 ($900 for first month/$900 for security deposit/$75 for application fee).
