I'm very quiet and usually in my room when I'm home. I work 9 to 5 but I go to the gym every morning during the week at 5a. I have cats but they are in my room when I'm home. So no additional animals are allowed! Since I wake up early in go to bed early. So quiet time is from 9p to 5a.
