I’m looking to add a third roommate to my lease starting April 1, 2021. My current roommate and myself are both pretty laid back, clean, responsible and friendly types. I enjoy Netflix binging with snacks as a shared experience and he enjoys a more lowkey approach to hanging out.

Well I am glad you asked!
You will be the renter of 1 of the 3 bedrooms. Your bedroom will be the farthest north, and separate from the other 2 bedrooms, which means added privacy! (Also located next to the kitchen so easy access to midnight snacks)
The apartment offers a shared living room space (which you’re free to decorate if you like), a sun room (gorgeous and provides a ton of natural lighting), dining room with large dining table, 1 bathroom so if you need a specific time to be in, don’t hesitate to let us know, a full decent sized kitchen with large pantry and lastly newly remodeled wooden patio. And 1 cat. (Cat allergies would not be a good fit. :( )
Rent will be $575/ month + bills that tend to range between $30-45 (gas, wifi, electric) - there is a security deposit of $575 as well as an app fee of $25.
