Max K - $1,800/month

Hey, I'm filmmaker/videographer and a bunch of other things looking for a roommate to start either September or October. I love movies and love going to the cinema (yes I call it that lol). I keep the main areas clean but can't promise anything about my room. I have friends over sparsely but mostly hang out with them outside the apartment. I may host a chill party every once in a blue moon. I freelance and teach so I'm either teaching, on set, or at home editing. I generally like when things are clean but I'm not crazy about it, especially if we're all busy.
