The Room & Apartment:
Bright bedroom with natural light and a large closet with mirrored doors is now available in my spacious apartment flat with tons of character. This 1910s-era building has retained its vintage charm with dark wood accents and a cozy aesthetic that gives it authentic mid-century character. I've curated the space and brightened it with modern furniture, gold accents, and carefully placed artwork and rugs throughout the shared areas to create the perfect blend of nostalgic charm and contemporary comfort. Since I’ve lived in this apartment for over 15 years, I consider this my home. It’s *technically* the first floor of the flat, but it’s elevated one level above the street. There are two flats above, where the building owners live. There's also a courtyard between our apartment and the house on the same lot in the backyard. I have a small garden that is viewed from the kitchen window.
- Split bathroom design (separate shower room and toilet room for convenience). I replaced the medicine cabinet about 2 years ago.
- Large, fully equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator (2025), oven was replaced 5 years ago, plus a newer microwave and air fryer. Features a high-top table and chairs fit for two people.
- Well-furnished shared spaces. The living room features a couch, coffee table, chairs, large screen TV, and a bar cart.
- Elevated first floor location offering privacy while staying connected to street life
- Abundant cabinet space and a walk in pantry with additional storage areas.

Centrally located in the desirable Nob Hill neighborhood at the top of the street! Step out of our gate and you'll be greeted by stunning views of the Bay Bridge and SF Bay. The neighborhood offers the perfect blend of urban convenience and scenic beauty.

What I'm Looking For:
An easy-going, laid-back roommate who values independence and peaceful coexistence. Someone self-sufficient who appreciates vintage character mixed with modern comfort. I'm looking for a genuine, mature roommate relationship rather than just anyone to fill the space. I’m down to go out for drinks or dinner and socialize!

- Rent: $950/month, due by the first of each month
- Security deposit: $950
- What's included: Water and garbage. Plus a 2-year complimentary subscription to Peacock Plus.
- Additional costs: PG&E utilities (under $100/month) and Xfinity internet ($25/month). All bills are split evenly. Costs for an agreed-upon monthly cleaner to be split, as well as shared household supplies, as agreed upon. I have a Roomba vacuum/mop condo for "in between" cleaning to make it easier!
- Notes: Rent, security deposit, and utilities will be paid to the Master Tenant (me)
- Move-in: The room is available starting September 15, 2025 but I’m not in a rush and would like to have someone in by October 1, 2025.
