I’m 25 & straight male, born in Colombia but grew up in FL and went to UCF, moved to Chicago for 2 yrs for a job with BoA but moved to NYC in late Feb for a job in consulting/finance with PWC, before heading back to FL for the pandemic. Overall, pretty laid back but generally clean, enjoy watching NBA, NFL & soccer, workout usually daily and expect long hours so I don’t expect to be in the apt too often. Would likely go out 1x/week with some good friends that already live in the city but usually don’t host anything. No gf, but will go on the occasional date and rarely host friends.
