Cassandra S - $700/month

I am a physically challenged and highly educated adult who needs a downstairs living area with a shower, which has a very small to no step up into it, to allow my shower chair to get into it. I will have Personal Care Assistants coming in to get me in and out of bed with a Hoyer lift and to assist with dressing, showering, and making sure I have meals. My wheelchair is powered, and if the area that I will be living in has stairs to get in, I must be able to use a portable ramp.

I cannot have dogs around me, and am fine with signing a liability waiver, as well as obtaining rental insurance.

I am requesting a 6-month lease because I will be working with someone to secure my place and cannot commit to a year-long lease.
