White gay professional, responsible/mature, clean, tidy and organized, social to some degree, but totally fine being alone. Open minded. Love to cook, spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Used to living alone or with partner, not used to being in a roommate situation, but let's face it, how do people afford a decent place in NYC? Would be a bonus to get along or be friends with roommate, but if it's a literal cohabitation situation where we tolerate each other that works too. Would prefer someone slightly older (40+) but not a dealbreaker. Currently going through interview process for a potential move, nothing is solid yet in terms of dates/availability.
