Master bedroom+ bath

This is a very large room, with its own bathroom across the hall.

Move in date May 1, but could be a little earlier. Will need to pass a credit check and be on the lease.

All three current roommates are queers in our late 20s to late 30s.

Accessibility: there is a four-inch step from the gate to the yard, one step leading up to the door, and there's an enclosed patio accessible by a step down from inside the house or stepping stones from the yard. There is one driveway and lots of street parking.

We are neurodivergent and strive for a sensory-friendly house, including heads up when loud sounds will be happening, overhead lighting will be turned on, unfamiliar people entering the home, etc.

Two cats live here, so unfortunately we are at catpacity.

Alcohol in moderation only.

We all work full time jobs that aren't 9-5 and are artists. Two of us use the back patio for work (massage and personal training.) Sometimes the massages need to be brought inside due to weather. It is always clearly communicated in advance when clients will be coming over.

We love to cook, jam, have game nights together and enjoy a community vibe with our housemates, and sometimes host events.
