My name is Robert Cohen. I'm 24 and work remotely for a private equity firm where I assist with just about everything. Absolutely love finance/business/investing. I also equally love rap/R&B music. I'm a chill person. I don't "party". My ideal weekend night is having some beers with friends.

I'm proud to say I've gotten cleaner as I get older, so consider yourself lucky you didn't live with me 2 years ago lol. I don't leave messes in common areas and have actually come to really appreciate a calm and clean common area.

Overall as a roommate I don't get in people's way. I always buy my own stuff and don't "borrow" things from the fridge. My ideal roommate is someone who is mature and knows how to respect the energy of the place. BUT, Most importantly is rent/bills! My number one requirement is someone who pays bills on time. Not the third week of the month, but actually when it's due. I've adapted to some pretty odd roommates over the years, but being financially irresponsible is something I can't bend to. Part of why I'm leaving my current apartment is for this exact reason.
