Hello, I’m currently in the basement level of a house but my landlord offered for me to take over the upstairs so I am looking for a roommate. It’s cute little home off of 55th and Zuni, upstairs unit 2bed 1 bath, fenced yard, parking and storage. Close to I-70, 76, and 25.

I bartend/serve around the Denver area and grew up here. Love stand up, concerts and I have 2 loving dogs named Ferris and Mr. Rooney.

$2100 split so rent would be 1,050
$50 split for WiFi ($25 each, can upgrade to faster internet if needed)
Xcel varies on how much we use, I’d guess about $75-$100 per month total that we would split.
No couples please
One thing about the lease is we are required to mow the lawns, front and back. They aren’t excessively large and also could consider paying someone to do it for us.
