Beautiful, Historic Home in Cap Hill

My roommate and I are looking for a third in a beautiful home on E 7th Ave in Cap Hill (close to the Trader Joes).

Rent would be $1600 + gas & electricity are split evenly between the three of us. The $1600 also includes internet (we have gigabit speed running through the house)

House amenities include: a fenced front yard, a recently remodeled kitchen with 6 gas ranges & newly installed hood, a furnished patio, a weight room, a wine cellar, and two fireplaces. The room for rental has a wood-burning fireplace.

we're within walking distance of: Trader Joes, Safeway, Cheeseman Park, Coffee shops, South Broadway bars, etc

About us:
I'm a 30M working in tech (wfh full-time). I tend to work long-ish hours during the week but will otherwise spend evenings running, reading, cooking, or hanging w my new pup (the house will have a 5 month old puppy in it but to ease any anxiety: i'm a previous dog owner, she's been training incredibly well so far, and I fully intend to have a well trained / well socialized / well behaved dog.

My roommate is a 32M also working in tech (wfh full-time) but has a more casual routine & tends to spend his free time gaming (video + board).

we both tend to be decently social and will invite friends over for a meal, to play a board game, or just to hang out for a bit before we go out on weekend evenings. generally speaking, we're pretty low-key and casual.

Would love a roommate that enjoys hanging out but is ultimately really just focused on having a responsible housemate that can treat the home and each other with respect. We prioritize open communication and making sure living circumstances are comfortable and amenable to everyone.
