Hey!
I'm Emily. I am a graphic designer/part-time worker.
I already have 2 other roommates (Kaeli -artist and student and Arleth - photographer) and we would like to get a four-bedroom
OR
get a four bedroom with a basement which then the basement would be a studio for a fashion designer. He would NOT be living there, he would just be using it as a workspace but we would all be splitting rent 5 ways.

we highly prefer to live in Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, Ridgewood border or Crown Heights, Ocean Hill, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Flatbush for a June move-in

My roommate also has a pet rabbit who is free-roam (but won't be in the bedrooms) and is litter-boxed trained. We are also 420 and LGBTQ+ friendly :)
