Searching for a female-identifying roommate for our group house in Petworth.
The room is located on the 1st floor and comes furnished. You will be sharing a bathroom with two other roommates. Rent is $800 not including utilities. The kitchen and living room is well-furnished, and we have a nice porch to hang out on.
You will be living with four women who are in their 20's and 30's. We all lead our own lives but also enjoy spending time together when we’re at home. We’re looking for someone who gets along with the current roommates and is willing to help keep the house clean.
The house is located in Petworth and is a short walk from the Georgia-Ave metro stop. It's also near multiple bus lines including the D40, D4X, and D74. It’s close to not one, but TWO grocery stores (Safeway and a Yes! Organic Market) as well as other essentials like the library and an ACE Hardware. When you don’t feel like cooking, there are a lot of great food options in the area, from culinary darlings like Timber Pizza and Menya Hosaki to neighborhood take-out spots. From spring-fall, the Petworth farmer’s market is basically a house amenity. Street parking is available if you have a car.
