Hello! My boyfriend and I are moving into a 2 bed/2 bath loft in the building community we have been in the last year because it’s been really comfortable (by Wilshire and La Brea) but we’re looking for a 3rd person to fill that 2nd bedroom and loft even if you want (included at no additional cost). Rent would be around $1,700 plus split utilities. W/D is in the unit and parking is tandem in a gated garage. I think the office charges around $50 a month. The building has beautiful amenities and large elevators. Secure income needed :)
