My roommate Michael and I are looking for a third roommate to join us on our spacious 3 bedroom apartment in Flatbush on Ocean Avenue. We are looking for either a short or longterm sublease starting June or later.
The apartment is newly renovated. It has in-unit laundry, stainless steel kitchen appliances (with a dishwasher), and plenty of closet space per room.
