Hello! I have a dog and a cat. My roommates are moving out and I’m hoping to renew with someone new. I can’t afford to live here on my own but with a roommate I can. I’ve been paying half the rent so all I need is someone to take over their half! Of course I’ll pay the pet fees!
I’m a barely easy going person. I always keep the main area clean. I work a lot and when I am home I’m typically relaxing on the balcony with my dog! Looking for someone drama free and clean as well as someone who is good at communication.

I do have some furniture but my roommates own the other half of it so I don’t have all of it. There’s also washer and dryer hook up, but the washer that we have is my s but we can have the apartment add a washer and dryer to the lease. Any other questions feel free to ask me.
