I am a 30 year old make professional and part-time student. I’m looking for a roommate starting in late July/early August. I work the usual 9-5 M-F and on Monday and Wednesday evenings I attend school. I maintain a fairly active lifestyle (gym, running, mountain biking) and I really want to try to get out and enjoy typical Austin stuff/activities.
I have one 4 year old medium-sized dog and she is super sweet and well behaved. Occasionally I will need a dog walker to take her out if get too busy. It would be great if you are a dog lover.

Location:
I currently live at the Barrington at Park Place. The address is 3220 Duval Road, Austin, TX right across from the Domain shopping center in case you want to map it. My current roommate is moving out and I would prefer to stay at the Barrington if possible, so that's why I am looking for someone to take his room.
It is a second floor unit and you would have a bedroom and full bathroom all to yourself. It is a great location with easy access to Mopac and park trails.
Rent/Electricity/Utilities:
For rent alone the monthly rent amount will be determined by the number of months you and I choose to renew for. So for example, 6 months is $1,457/month and 12 months is $1,269.00/month. This is subject to change by management, so the earlier we sign the lease the better. Electricity and utilities are separate.
Dog:
