This is a corner unit on the top floor with a west facing balcony that brings in a lot of natural light and has views of the ocean. The building has an on-site gym for residents and a rooftop patio adjacent to our apartment.

It's a great location on Wilshire and South Westgate Ave, 10-15 minutes from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

I’m 27, work in biotech, and love to play volleyball/golf/soccer. I’m looking for roommates who are down to earth, clean, and easygoing. Move in dates are flexible from April until June. The lease is month to month, but looking for roommates who plan to stay. One parking spot available for $100/month. The only Corona here is in the fridge.
