We are Quinn (they/them) and Lalita (they/them). Quinn (Aries/Pisces/Aries, INFJ) is 33, white, genderqueer, and on the autism spectrum. They are deeply committed to their yoga and spiritual practices, work part time at a vacation rental management co, and currently starting a business doing the same. Lalita is a 23 y/o leo who's passionate about plants, animals, people, and movement. At home they like to cook, play music, and chill mad hard.

Who we're dreaming about: We are most likely looking for a queer roomie, and we are committed to interpersonal psycho-spiritual/somatic anti-oppressive community practices. Their personal lifestyle is secondary to their ability to heartfully communicate, and their desire for a peaceful sanctuary space. (i.e. we don't have more than a couple people over at a time without checking in with each other, and we tend more toward quiet hangs or dinners with friends than parties in the space). It's not a rule, but the home is quiet after 10 most evenings.

About the space: $630 per month, $270 deposit. Madison and 17th, across the street from both Central Co-op and Trader Joe's. The apartment faces Madison on the ground floor, so can be noisy at times. It is a 2+ bedroom. Quinn lives in curtained off room intended as a "den" or office. It is a beautiful old building with high ceilings, clawfoot tub, brand new gas range, and charming architectural features. It is mostly furnished, but we are open to changing things up if the new person has furniture to bring. The bedroom can be partly furnished with full size bed frame and dresser if desired. No pets are allowed in the building. Laundry is coin-op in the basement.
