Orraya S - $10,000/month

I'm a computer engineering / Web-developer :)
I have to work in New York during 25 Aug - 14 Sept , so I'm trying to find a place to stay ( I'll stay for only 3 weeks but I don't mind if I have to pay for a full month price )

- I don't smoke but I don't mind if you wanna smoke around me 😂
- I drink sometimes but not so much
- I love animals ❤️ but I don't have any pet
- I'm a straight forward person I like to make things clear
- I grew up in bro-town society during University but used to stay in girls school too so it doesn't matter if you're girl , guy or gay you can be my roommates and respect each other
- I clean my space but I don't mind if you have some mess in your area because it's yours
- I cook too , I kinda get mad seeing how Thai food in US turn out to be so different than the original in my country I'll cook em myself
- Your guests are my guests I'm a service person but if you don't want me to be around your friends , it's definitely ok
- There will be sometime that I code too much I won't be able to communicate with people perfectly
- You can have my food , I like to share
- You can do all the prank but please not the jump scare , I'll die or I'll hurt you
