Cosy furnished park facing room in East Williamsburg

Beautiful cosy double furnished room in East Williamsburg, available now. The apartment is opposite a lovely park which is in view of the room. Right next to laundromat & 24 hr deli. We are on the top floor of an apartment building and have an accessible rooftop.

The communal areas are an open plan kitchen and living room. We have a sofa and 50’’ tv which is perfect for the movie nights in.

The household is very social but relaxed, you will be living with 2 couples all of whom work within creative industries.

Two of the three rooms are occupied by two couples who all get along. One is a visual artist and her partner is an actor, the other is a jazz student at Manhattan School of Music and his partner is looking to work in fashion. We are relaxed, all with very different schedules. We don’t tend to host anything at the apartment as we all like to keep it as a restful and homely living space. Smokers, but not inside the apartment.

Bills are not included but are, on average, an extra $25 a month between all of us.

The neighbourhood is relaxed and had a selection of amenities near by. Lots of great bars and restaurants are just 5/10 minutes away on Graham St (also the nearest Subway stop) and Bedford Avenue is just 15/20 minute walk.

We are ideally looking for someone relaxed, social and nice to join us!
