You'll have your own room and bathroom in a lovely, sunny 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The building was brand new when I moved in last spring, and the apartment has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and is nicely furnished by yours truly. Each room has it's own wall AC/heat unit with an individual thermostat. The building also has numerous common spaces including two roof decks with Manhattan skyline views, a gym, a lounge, and a co-working space. Everything is code-entry so you'll never lock yourself out (a keyfob is needed for the gym/roof/mailroom which is included in the rent).
