Available Room for Rent
Spacious 1 bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment
We have a spacious bedroom available for rent in our 2 bedroom apartment! We are a long term couple looking for a quiet roommate. Not interested in couples as sharing 1 bathroom w 4 people would be difficult.
We are looking for someone who is interested in spending most of their time in their private space as we would split the rent of a 2 bedroom 3 ways, we like to think of the living room as our (own) space, which you are welcome to join us in if you want! We try to be clean and respectful for the most part.
There is a bus stop right outside the building, and 10 min walk from main st station or danforth go! Great location for downtown commuter or students!
Apartment has a balcony, with laundry in building and parking spots available for rent. We have an extra in unit a/c for the summer. Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is completely furnished.
We are very 420 friendly (vape in living room) and a very easy couple to get along with! We have found many friends through our previous roommates and are looking to find another one who fits right in! Come say hi!
