What’s it like living with us?

We’re two responsible, easygoing women with a very casual household. We both do stand-up comedy, so there’s a lot of joking around, laughing, and probably some questionable conversations happening in the kitchen. 😂

The house is 420-friendly and shared with two dogs, so being comfortable with both is important. We’re social and happy to hang out, but we also have our own lives and respect everyone’s space and privacy.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, open-minded, communicative, reasonably clean, pays their rent on time, and contributes to keeping the house comfortable for everyone. You definitely don’t have to become our new best friend, but we’d love someone who feels comfortable being part of the household rather than feeling like a stranger renting a room.

Basically: be responsible, be considerate, like dogs, and have a sense of humor. We can work with the rest. 😄
