When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring Atlanta. Theatre is my first love but I like the arts in general and sports. I’m pretty quiet at home and clean up after myself. I do like to have guests over from time to time but will always discuss in advance and won’t disturb your sleep or quiet time. I like chilling on the balcony or by the pool, reading, writing, and painting.

My roommate is achieving her dream of moving to Midtown which means this space is up for grabs! Unfurnished, 8 month lease. Will need to pass background check, no felonies or evictions. Show proof of income. I’ve lived here 2 years and love it. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom and 2 closets. Washer/dryer in unit. Gorgeous pool, workout facility in clubhouse. LGBT+ and 420 friendly. Non-smoking property so no cigarette smokers. Your half of rent (includes water, cable tv, high speed internet, and valet parking) is a little over $1000 per month.
