The main household standards are quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., clean-as-you-go use of shared spaces, and no smoking, vaping, or drugs. The home is pet-free. Professional cleaning covers the common areas once a month and all bathrooms once a month, and I respond promptly to maintenance and household concerns.

Each furnished bedroom includes blackout curtains, a sit-stand desk, external monitor, mini refrigerator, and Roku TV.
The home includes gigabit internet, a fully equipped kitchen, smart-lock entry, in-home laundry, assigned storage, parking, and on-site EV charging. Utilities are included up to the monthly household allowance. Professional cleaning covers the common areas and bathrooms each once a month.
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The property is pet-free, non-smoking, and vape-free. Residents follow a clean-as-you-go standard in shared spaces.
The first month is free with a lease of six months or longer. Background and credit screening and a security deposit are required.
