He is a corporate pilot that has held the lease at our home for 16 years. I am an academic in mid career shift. We travel often and spend a lot of time outside the home. Lots of privacy. I do have a 7 yr old son that is with me every other weekend. Non smokers, quiet, happy Bay Area natives!

I have 3 bedrooms available in my 3bd 1ba Presidio home.
Downstairs den is occupied by myself and my fiancé (lease holders)
He’s a corporate pilot, and I am an academic.
Amenities include; Living room, dinning room and bedrooms have hardwood floor without. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms are very spacious with great light. Kitchen is a great space if you like to cook. Basement with billiards, washer/dyer. Lovers Lane trail runs through spacious backyard. Garage and attic space for storage. Maid service, twice a month, wifi/cable. Ample street parking available on quiet and safe street. Parking pass is $50 a month. Close walk to Presidio Transit Center. Access to PresidiGo pass (free shuttle service for Presidio Residences) system features three routes.
PresidiGo Downtown offers service between the Transbay Terminal, Embarcadero BART, and Union Street/Van Ness Avenue and the Presidio. Some trips require a PresidiGo Pass.
Two Around the Park routes – Presidio Hills and Crissy Field - serve more than 40 destinations within the Presidio. Many stops are within a short walking distance from MUNI or Golden Gate Transit bus lines.
All routes run daily and begin and end at the Presidio Transit Center.
Short walk to Chestnut and Union Street/Marina Cow Hollow neighborhood. 5 minute walk to Letter Digital Arts Center.
Utilities are split evenly between housemates. We cover the maid service. Asking a 6 month commitment. However, if you plan on staying longer than 6 months I wont ask for a security deposit. Just first months rent moves you in. I have a cat, and would prefer no other pets, but I will consider if you have a pet, and you’re the right fit.

I will consider couples if they agree to rent smaller room as well with rent adjusted to $3100 monthly
