- Portable AC/heating inside the room plus Central AC/heating
- Washer and dryer located inside the garage
- Kitchen, dining room, and living room shared with the owner
- Parking space available on premises with parking permit
- Utilities, high speed internet, water, garbage bills are included
- Rent $1,200 + Security Deposit $1,200 when you move in
- Term is month-to-month

- Located in downtown Pleasanton area with many restaurants and coffee shops
- Freeway (I-680, I-580) entrances and BART Pleasanton station all within 10 minutes drive
- Grocery shops - Safeway, Raley’s, Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Lucky all within 10 minutes drive
- Pleasanton Stoneridge Shopping Center 12 minutes drive

I’m a single mature woman with no kids or pets. I don’t smoke or drink. I don’t watch TV. I enjoy podcast and Youtube. I will use headphones if you are home. I will respect your privacy and personal space.

I would like someone who has common sense, respect others and property, does not smoke, drink, and bring any overnight guest or pets. I will do my best to take care of the house and accommodate your needs.

Currently, my bedroom is occupied, and unavailable. However, my roommate is planning to vacate in a few years, or maybe sooner, so I'm always looking out for a possible roommate who might enjoy staying in my house.
