Me and my 2 cats. I am a professional working in corporate finance. I have a full time job and mostly WFH. I am extremely clean, considerate, and an early sleeper (and light sleeper). I enjoy trying out new restaurants, hiking, yoga, traveling and music festivals. My cats are friendly and sweet. I don't usually host but occasionally have friends over.
I am looking for a female or a gay male roommate. Looking for someone that is clean, picks up after themselves and is considerate. I prefer someone with a similar work schedule that does not WFH. No drugs or any drugs allowed even if not technically illegal. No heavy drinkers either.

Close to all major freeways (610, 59/69, I10), many grocery stores (Randalls, HEB, Kroger, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's), restaurants, Galleria mall, Memorial Park. Very quiet community with a nice pool. Room is 12x12 with a closet and patio. Bathroom is located across room. All utilities included (excludes internet). Attached garage with washer and dryer.
