Incredible apartment in SOMA - fully furnished all inclusive

little about us, My girlfriend Laura and I love to travel and eat. We enjoying exploring the city but also enjoy chilling on our rooftop with a cold beer and some friends. We do have a pet of our own (insta handle is TeddytakesSF) and he is a total sweetheart. We have a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath in the SOMA area of SF. The apartment building is called LSeven if you want to check it out. As a reference the layout is a 2bd/2bth and the name of the layout is B1. The apartment would be fully furnished and has a balcony that overlooks the interior of the complex. Both bedrooms are identical in terms of square footage, the main difference is that the our bedroom is connected to the bathroom, the other bedroom is separate from the bathroom. The appliances are brand new and are in great shape. There is an in unit washer/dryer which is a plus. The amenities are pretty good at the complex- the gym and rooftop lounge are the fan favorites. We are looking to rent out the second bedroom for $2100, all inclusive- cable, wifi, electricity etc. so it makes it easy to budget.

Parking is extra if desired/ there is an underground secured garage directly below the apartment
