I'm currently looking for a roommate in my 2 BR/2BA apartment in NE DC. Right off of H st, and 10 min walk to two different Metro stops (Union Station or Noma). 3 grocery stores within a few blocks and plenty of bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. Newer apartment building with great staff and courtyard with fireplace and grills. Private bathroom, HUGE walk-in closet, laundry and dishwasher in unit. Rent is $1317/month plus split utilities (ballpark $75/month, including cable and internet.) Parking is available for an additional fee, but the area is pretty residential, and you can easily park on the street for almost free.
