I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom/2bath Dorchester home from March 1-August 31 with the option to renew.
Rent is $867 and utilities on average are $120 (WiFi, electric, and gas). First, last and $125 admin fee due at signing.
Fully furnished room is an option, I am willing to sell the furniture at a low cost.
In-unit washer and dryer. 5 minute walk to Shawmut Station and 7 minute walk to Ashmont Station. Plenty of on-street parking.
Your roommates will be 2 female working professionals in their mid 20s, who are usually busy working during the weekdays but like to hang out on the weekends.
